DesignQube have recently gained Planning Permission and submitted Building Regulations standard working drawings to Lincs Building Consultancy for their approval whilst the client starts clearing the site in order to commence works as soon as possible.

IJC Cars Sales Office Planning Approval

DesignQube have recently secured planning permission for new offices and staff facilities on behalf of IJC Car Sales of Legbourne Road, Louth.

The commercial project required the creation of suitable office space for both sales and administration staff alongside welfare facilities and Part M requirements incorporated within a building that reflected the IJC company brand

Planning Permission for 31 Static Caravans

DesignQube have provided the architectural and planning services required in order to obtain planning permission for a total of 31 static caravans at Brickyard Fisheries in South Somercotes.

The planning application was not a straight forward application due to the location of the site which is situated within Flood Zone 3 requiring the preparation of a detailed Flood Risk Assessment and site specific Flood Evacuation Plan alongside the usual architectural drawings.
