The renovation project which saw the successful restoration and conversion of the former Louth Open Air Swimming Baths on Church Street into a residential dwelling has recently been awarded a prestigious Pride of Place Award.

The owner of the building and DesignQube client, Mr David Vasey received the award at a ceremony held during the Civic Trusts AGM.
